Random Oldschool of the Week: 1974 Datsun 180B

Also known as the 610, Sillbeer's (from JNC) SSS 2-door coupe caught my eye instantly.
The Sportmax/XXR 513 15x8 0-offset wheels complement the car perfectly.. looking very good!

Nostalgic Cars in video games...

So i dont know how many know about this game. Released way back then in like 2002 for the PS2. Capcom's AutoModellista is Capcom's first racing game since its arcade racer F-1 dream. i've actually had this game ever since then, but totally forgot about it through the years. Completely Cell shaded to give it a more cartooney feeling. But nonetheless, provides perfect detail to the cars.
Most of the Major car manufacturers are available. Even many aftermarket manufactures. To name some for you guys: Watanabe, SSR, Work , Tein , Volk, C-west, Endless, Winmax etc....
Time for pics!
First, i'll start with something simple. Heres a 72 Toyota Corolla Levin. Some info on what parts i used on this one: SSR Formula Mesh, Tein SS coilovers, front chin spoiler, Endless brakes. 2tg with 300hp. haha

this next Levin: Watanabes 8 spokes. this one actually has a 3sge swap. (yeah motor swaps are available too!!!)



This one is a Mitsubishi Galant GTO. swapped in a evo VII motor. Watanabes on this one as well.

Performance Options: Dyno Day....

This past weekend, P.O held a Dyno day. Many members from 1stgencelica.com showed up, not to mention lots of other members from nissan forums. Lots of fun though. Awesome turn out. The Dyno's were tons of fun as well. We basically had a money pot going up for each car guessing their horse power. I'll let the photos and videos tell the stories...

1975 Toyota celica build *3/25/09...

Heres the update with the celica build. The fully built 22rte will be dropped into the car sometime soon, and with the engine bay cleaned and prepped for a flat black spray, everything looks like it will be sitting very nice.
i'll just let the pics tell the story.





the stock ct20a on the left is blown... but is now being replaced by its fully rebuilt big brother, the ct26..

Believe it! it is a 80's corolla wagon, Ke/Te/Ae 2 door wagon sounds like its equipped with a 4age.... my favorite drifter of all now, Ueo Katsuhiro...
