Blitz DD on 22rte

I need to take video of my engine running, but basically I found a solution to the blown porshe diversion valve. A blitz DD solved it very quick. Home made recirculation valve as well... Sad thing is that u don't hear the blow off valve that well, but good thing is that there isn't any lag after shifting

Random Oldschool: 1980 Toyota Celica...

So going through 1stgencelica.com like I always do everyday, I click on a project thread started by forum member, Bollox. I've seen his thread before, but never took the chance to look through the entire thing. His project is a 1980 Celica.

These celicas are usually powered by the 2.2L 20R. Hence, the model code of Ra40... but this celica is a tad bit different. This celica racks up something out of the ordinary...
For those of you who don't know, that is an 18rg. From the owner's own words :18RG with 92mm hi-comp pistons, oversizes SS valves bronze valve guides.

Running 45mm ITBS with Megasquirt controller, 24lb injectors and Ford EDIS ignition system.

TRD highrise headers, wideband o2 running gear W50 at the moment but W58 coming soon with a MKI Supra rear end and an LSD from an 85 Supra.

Thats right, you read it... ITBs.. no dual side drafts here.
the car has also just recently undergone a new paint job... i'd say it suits the car very well... i don't know, but i feel that shade of gray/silver reminds me much of a delorean. I get that 80's feel from it. LOVE THIS CAR!

Random Oldschool: 1974 Toyota Corolla (Peanut)...

Long been overdue is another Random Oldschool from the web. Today i bring you a truly magnificent example of the term "Resto-Mod"
what we have here is a 1974 Toyota Corolla. Popularly known as the "Peanut". The Peanut is known for its more compressed length compared to the Corolla coupe sr5. i have no idea why its called a peanut.... it just is lol.

This beauty is another Norcal-Nostalgic. 1stgencelica.com member Verjum2 owns her. Ver started this project 2 years ago. the 1st year just collecting parts and accessories for her. and just last year putting this peanut together...
BTW.. i love the Volk Artisans on it..

Here she is at last year's Toyota Fest. sporting the infamous Tom igettas.
you may be staring really hard at that picture looking at that motor... well here it is...

A 20v 4ag Blacktop. what a beautiful engine bay right???? this motor's work was done by Norcal's one and only Performance Options. just check out the coil cover plate!!!
oh, and BTW... custom high-rise headers from Performance Options also. guaranteed more torque that TRD!!!

Good one on ya VER!!!

Oh how do i miss you...

Yes, i miss you my 82 corolla wagon. After 4 years of being my obsession i had to move on. Prestine 3tc with around 250k+ miles on it, 4-1 headers, one of a kind exhaust, that sound... Oh how do i miss that purr. The sport tuned trd suspension. The way the road felt through each turn. You will be missed. But lived on by the celica.

Meet kendra...

Ok, my brother came up with the name, but this is our new Lexus ls400. Nothing special, just lowered it and slapped some 18x9.5 wheels on it. I love driving slow :)

To keep or not to keep...

Ok, there are my wheels that i have on my celica. Enkei crossfevers 14x6, +8 offset. I love them. But the only thing that makes me think of selling them is that they're 6 inches wide! Like thats it?! I want wider wheels. So to keep? Or not to keep? That is the question. Help me out hamlet.
